You will have the full power of Vemnix set up by the end. --- ### 1. Save your first Vemnix **From the extension:** Open any AI conversation, click the vemnix.ai extension icon, and click "Save Vemnix." The AI will extract and structure the key knowledge automatically. **From Claude or ChatGPT (if connected via MCP):** At the end of any useful conversation, say: > "Save this conversation as a Vemnix" Claude will save it to your library instantly. You will see it appear at vemnix.ai/dashboard. --- ### 2. Search your library **From the dashboard:** Use the search bar at the top and type something like: > "Find anything about cooking" **From Claude or ChatGPT:** > "Search my Vemnixes for anything about my work projects" > "What do I have saved about React?" > "Find the recipe we worked on last time" --- ### 3. Share a Vemnix with someone by name **From Claude or ChatGPT:** > "Share my sourdough recipe Vemnix with Sarah" Claude will look up Sarah in your contacts, find her email, and share it — all without leaving the app. If Sarah is not in your contacts yet, you can add her first: > "Add sarah@example.com to my contacts as Sarah Johnson" Then try the share again. --- ### 4. Share a Vemnix by email **From Claude or ChatGPT:** > "Share my project brief Vemnix with blake@example.com — give them view access" Or with a message: > "Share the onboarding guide with new@hire.com and say 'Welcome to the team — this will get you up to speed'" --- ### 5. Make a Vemnix public or private **From Claude or ChatGPT:** > "Make my sourdough recipe Vemnix public so anyone with the link can see it" > "Set my work project brief back to private" **From the dashboard:** Open any Vemnix → click Share → choose Private, Shared, Link, or Public. --- ### 6. Add contacts **From Claude or ChatGPT:** > "Add blake@example.com to my contacts as Blake Owens with username @blake" **From the dashboard:** Go to vemnix.ai/contacts → click "Add contact" → fill in name, email, username. Once added, you can share with them just by saying their name. --- ### 7. List your contacts **From Claude or ChatGPT:** > "Who are my Vemnix contacts?" > "List my contacts" Claude will show everyone you have saved, with their email and when you last shared with them. --- ### 8. Organize into projects **From Claude or ChatGPT:** > "Create a project called Home Reno and add all my home-related Vemnixes to it" > "Organize all my cooking Vemnixes into a project" > "Add my pasta recipe and sourdough guide to the Cooking project" **From the dashboard:** Open any Vemnix → scroll to Projects section → click a project to add it. A Vemnix can belong to multiple projects. --- ### 9. Share an entire project **From Claude or ChatGPT:** > "Share my Cooking project with Sarah — give her view access" > "Send my Home Reno project to my contractor at contractor@email.com" This shares every Vemnix in the project at once. Sarah gets access to all of them in one action. **From the dashboard:** Hover over a project in the sidebar → click the ↗ share button → enter email and access level. --- ### 10. Bulk organize from the dashboard On the dashboard, click the "☑ Select" button (bottom right). Checkboxes appear on every card. Select multiple Vemnixes → click "Add to project" → pick a project. All selected Vemnixes are assigned instantly. --- ### 11. Inject context into a conversation **From the extension:** Open Claude or ChatGPT, click the extension icon, click "Inject." The most relevant Vemnixes from your library are inserted into the chat automatically — no manual copy-paste. **From Claude or ChatGPT (MCP):** > "Load my context for this conversation — I am working on my home renovation project" --- ### 12.
